Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Items marked as final sale or custom products cannot be returned or exchanged. Exchanges depend on product availability.
Refunds
Refunds are available within 7 days for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method (within 5–7 business days) or as store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
